*) Written and verbal communication

*) Versant to product and having zeal to perform

*) Ready to provide service to the customer as per their needs

*) Communicating with customer attending all service calls

*) Sound electro me mechanical knowledge of the lift

*) Can able to read and explain drawings related to the lift and electrical panel to the lift
